January 12, 2321	James Spencer (500153)	Critical	Operation Sierra Delta - Hardrock Patient was shot through the abdomen with a heavy-calibre firearm, suffering critical haemorrhaging and a ruptured spleen.	Patient was retrieved from the line of fire and their vest removed. The wound was sprayed using darpafoam, and then filled with haemostatic gauze and secured using a large elastic bandage. Due to amount of blood lost, an IV line was inserted and a transfusion using an RBC bag was completed to stabilise them. Ketamine administered, standard dosage. Upon their return to the ship, the patient was operated on using the automated surgical unit and a partial splenectomy was required in the operating room. Helped cause unauthorized deployment of nuclear ordinance on this drop. Under investigation by company command. She passed out at the end of the drop and as usual performed their duties admirably on the battlefield as a psychic.
March 06, 2321	Operation: Eagle's Fist	MIPOD	Cortés was a mixed a bag. She took to the lack of other psychics well and did her job despite it. Slow to react to radio at once stage, forgiveable.
March 03, 2321	Operation: Raider	MIPOD	Argumentative during the mission, I have redressed her due to this. Apart from that performed as expected.
March 01, 2321	Operation: Observer	MIPOD	Cortés is scared of bugs. Advise if they drop, it is purely as a rifleman.
February 27, 2321	Operation Neuron: Day 3	MIPOD	Cortes did well through the operation up until the psychic bug was able to disable her.
February 26, 2321	Operation Neuron: Day 2	MIPOD	Cortes lead the expedition into the ship initially, however I got Torres to take over and I heard 10 minutes later that they needed to inhale something. Found out later it was LP. Need to debrief on possible psychic assault.
February 25, 2321	Operation Neuron: Day 1	MIPOD	Cortes kept their powers in check, which is good. I was worried we might have a blow out that would cause the Brain Bug to focus on us.
February 24, 2321	Operation: Dispatcher	MIPOD	Cortés did well over all. Despite one issue with following orders it doesn't outweight the positive. She also sustained a long psychic attack by an arachnid, recommending she get checked.
