| Details | Suffered a roughly 100 foot fall. Result was total destruction of both legs from the waist down, both femurs broken in multiple places and the bones below essentially turned into shards. All twelve ribs on the left side were broken, and the left lung collapsed due to the fall. Left wrist broken, left ulna and radius broken, left shoulder dislocated. Severe concussion and whiplash. |
| Treatment | Stabilized after evacuation mid-deployment. Surgical intervention for collapsed lung. Amputation of both legs, followed by a couple days in the tube to recover. BT's installed on both legs. |
